Our manufacturing client is looking for an HR & Payroll Manager in Tempe, AZ.
This is a direct hire opportunity.
Compensation is 95k to 110k!
Medical/dental/vision/life insurance/401K provided.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, fully on site.
Duties:
- Manage all payroll/human resources functions
- Handles new hire onboarding
- Payroll processing on a weekly basis
- Handling employee benefit
- Maintain employee handbook (keeping it updated with any changes within the company/state/etc.)- Coordinate company meetings and events
- Use HRIS system Paycom
- Handles workers compensation duties
- Ensuring documentation is in order
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related field is required
- Knowledge of local Arizona state laws required
- 5 years of Manufacturing industry experience required
- Minimum 7 to 8 years of processing payroll for 50 employees required
