Payroll Specialist
Direct Hire
Part time 20-30 hours/week
Onsite in Boston, free parking through at least March 2024
Must Haves:
- Experience processing payroll
- ADP WorkforceNow experience
- Administer bi-weekly payroll and perform off cycle payroll as needed using ADP WorkforceNow
- Ensure proper processing of new hires, transfers, and promotions
- Maintain payroll files (W4, timesheets, etc.), and ensure general accuracy of info in ADP.
- Work with the HR Director to set up and implement Time and Attendance and ensure accurate and timely ACA Reporting
- Work with the Financial Controller to implement ADP GL import interface.
