Membership Sales Manager - Port St Lucie
The Pickleball Club, headquartered in Sarasota, FL (www.thepickleballclub.com) is a developer and operator of premier membership based one of a kind indoor pickleball clubs in the state of Florida. The Company is well underway with its plans to develop 15 facilities across the state of Florida with its strategy to take advantage of the significant unmet demand for quality indoor sports facilities across Florida. Our first state-of-the-art facility is now open and operating in Lakewood Ranch and we are preparing to open our second club in Port St Lucie, Florida in the first quarter of 2024! We are seeking a Membership Sales Manager to join our team this fall in preparation for opening.
TPC is a new exclusive private club experience for pickleball enthusiasts of all levels. TPC prides itself on providing world-class facilities and service to our members and their guests. TPC is a full-service club with 12 indoor pickleball courts, 2 outdoor covered courts, and 2 bocce courts. We offer a suite of member benefits including member concierge services, engaging member events and in-house instructional professionals. Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the United States and TPC is the leader in the market.

Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the country, and we are looking for energetic, organized, and self-motivated individuals to provide exceptional hospitality service for our club members and their guests.
Our Membership Sales Manager is responsible for selling club memberships and membership-related products and services. The duties of this role include developing prospective members and engaging with inactive members, providing customer service to members and guests, dealing with member records, keeping the management aware of members' concerns, and assisting with the concierge desk. They are responsible for calling on potential members, scheduling appointments and tours, networking with community programs and identifying low utilization members to increase club utilization. They also provide cost-benefit analysis of current and potential members and maintain positive business relationships to encourage future sales.
Concierge
The Membership Sales Manager will work closely with the concierge staff. The Concierge Manager and the Membership Sales Manager will meet at least weekly to provide the concierge team an update on new members, scheduled appointments, and other potential membership opportunities. The entire Concierge team is responsible for supporting the clubs sales efforts.
Marketing & Communications (Specialist)
The Sales Manager will work closely with Marketing Specialist on all printed promotional materials needed for sales. The Marketing Specialist will continually update the Sales Manager on special events and member/guest opportunities within the club.

Monthly Incentive

Our expectation is for the Membership Sales Manager & the Concierge staff to meet frequently to discuss performance and goal achievement.
