NewHomesMate is Hiring a Market Sales Manager - Florida Near Port Saint Lucie, FL

We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Market Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Market Sales Managers are responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of New Home Experts to drive revenue and ensure their market is profitable.


What will you do?

  • Grow the team: participate in hiring, training, and motivating experts, while fostering team building and collaboration.
  • Manage and lead a team of New Homes Experts (licensed real estate agents)
  • Monitor success of each Expert via metrics, data hygiene, career development and improvement plans.
  • Ensure Experts follow all processes related to the Buyer’s Journey.
  • Conduct sales meetings and 1-1s.
  • Respond to all on-call tasks and support the Experts under your supervision.
  • Drive revenue in your market through your team’s sales production.
  • Ensure NHM's brand and reputation are elevated and protected in the markets.
  • Collaborate with other teams on cross-functional projects and provide input when applicable.
  • Support and execute on sales goals for NHM and personal goals for experts.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in leading, coaching and inspiring a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to critical issues.
  • Real estate experience and license highly preferred, but proven sales leadership in other industries may be considered.
