Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Ensure all drinks are prepared accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Handle transactions and operate the register
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a catering, restaurant, or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and mixology
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a positive manner
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Proficient in handling transactions and operating Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
- Must have Florida approved On-Premise Alcohol Sellers card
