Client Relations Specialist
We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team at TPC! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service to our and t families. As a Client Relations Specialist, you are responsible for managing patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback, as well as working closely with various staff to ensure our clients are provided a proper standard of care.
Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Manage patient complaints and feedback, escalating issues to appropriate staff members as needed
- Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction by ensuring a positive patient experience from start to finish
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify opportunities for improving patient care and service
- Develop and maintain relationships with families
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Savvy with technology (Microsoft Suite, Acrobat, CRM, Google Suite)

Process Management Analyst
The most important skills for this job are organization and reliability. This is a entry-level
position. You want to be an innovative problem solver with a goal-oriented mindset. You will
also need to have minimal competency with computer programs like word and excel.
The Perfect Child is a healthcare provider that specializes in providing Applied Behavioral
Analysis Therapy to Children with Autism. Our model is to have the clinician focus on providing
the service, while we manage claim processing. Insurance companies have different
requirements for different plans, and every day policies can change. We look to provide
insurance companies with the proper information, so services can be covered. Projects arise
when insurance companies contest the coverage of our service. We compile data on previous
services provided and the processing of those claims to then make a determination of action for
how to manage the project. The outcome can include: the child’s therapy being secured, an
improvement to our own processes, and a higher settlement being provided by the insurance
company.
Role and Responsibilities
● Using benefits and eligibility for new potential clients
● Calling insurance companies and communicating with their representatives to inquire on
issues regarding claim submissions and benefits for a member
● Works with payers to determine reasons for denials, corrects and reprocesses claims for
reimbursement in a timely manner
● Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job

Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
