Lawley is in search of a Employee Benefits Client Service Specialist in Buffalo, NY for their largest employee benefits accounts! These are great opportunities for someone looking to gain knowledge/experience to become a benefits account executive (We provide all the training needed to learn / grow!)! These positions would focus on supporting a book of business managed by an Account Executive, including plan analysis and acting as a liaison between the client and carrier for billing, claim issues and membership questions. The ideal candidate would have insurance experience in customer service, a LAH license (or willing to pursue), and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The compensation range for this position takes many factors into consideration including but not limited to: years of experience/training, skill set, and licenses/designations. It is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top of the range for a position as circumstances and location can vary in every hiring situation. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $43,642.50 to $44000.
