Pat Connolly Tavern is now hiring an energetic, creative and experienced Lead Cook. This position will work closely with the General Manager in helping to oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen programming. The idea candidate is a strong leader on the line, is a fast producer who can work across multiple tickets, and is detail-oriented at following recipes and quickly working through prep.
