The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Training and Development Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This hybrid role works on site Mondays for New Employee Orientation plus 1 – 2 more days a week, then remote other days. This individual builds relationships across the organization to manage our orientations, essential training programs, maximize functionality of our Learning Management System, plus help create and update e-learning and instructor-led content. This position offers a good opportunity to broaden adult learning knowledge and expand foundational trainingskills while playing a key role in the design and delivery of our Training and Development Program, the Center for Learning.

They are a curious, driven team member with a passion for collaboration and attention to detail. We are looking for a proactive, dedicated individual that embraces efficiencies and technology without losing a sincere personal touch. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential. Previous experience in event coordination or project management is highly valued. Proficiency in a learning management system and experience in training development are strongly desired. Additionally, exceptional writing skills, complemented by a warm and approachable demeanor, are indispensable. Above all, a genuine enthusiasm for facilitating adult learning is indispensable.
Starting pay range, based on experience: $26.44- $35.78 per hour.
