- Supervise and coordinate all daily activities
- Maintain location PNL and manage restaurant accordingly
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Train and manage personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Assist in food and beverage inventory and ordering
