Job Overview: In-House Marketing Coordinator

As a pivotal member of our expanding multi-unit restaurant group, the In-House Marketing Coordinator will play a central role in shaping and executing captivating marketing strategies across our diverse establishments. From the upscale martini and craft cocktail experience at The Office 842 to the vibrant neighborhood atmosphere at Triangle Tavern and the multi-faceted offerings of Silver Star Sports Bar & Grill, this role offers a unique opportunity to infuse creativity into our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the distinct character of each location.
  • Coordinate and execute engaging marketing campaigns, utilizing both written and visual content, including photography and videography.
  • Manage and curate content for various channels, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure the impact of marketing efforts and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with location-specific teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with the unique offerings and target audience of each establishment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, with a strong emphasis on photography, videography, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with photography and videography for marketing purposes, including editing and post-production.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO principles, and social media management.
  • Experience managing social media accounts, specifically on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing software/tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics and social media scheduling platforms.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to visually and effectively communicate brand messages.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting marketing metrics and making data-driven decisions.
