Shifts (Metal Speaker Grills)
- 1st Shift: 5am-1pm
- 2nd Shift: 1pm-9pm
- 3rd Shift: 9pm-5am
- 1st Shift: 6am-2pm
- 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm
- 3rd Shift: 10pm-6am
- Automotive Production Experience 1 year (Required)
- Manufacturing experience 1 year (Preferred)
- High School Diploma/GED
- Operate machinery as needed to Stamp, paint or assemble metal speaker grill covers, or to Produce shape, mold, and sort Safety Plastic energy absorbers
- Sets up a work area with proper supplies such as boxes, tags, etc., as required
- Verify and monitor the material
- Check parts to ensure standards are being met
- Properly pack the product
- Contain scrap in proper collection bins
- Accurately completes required documentation
- Assist in training when required
- Make suggestions for continuous improvements
- Mandatory weekend overtime is required on some weekends
- Must be dependable
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must have good attendance and be willing to learn
Additional Benefits and Compensation:
- 4 Paid Personal Days
- 4% raise in December 2025 and 2026
- PLUS a $600.00 bonus in December 2025 and 2026
