The Oakwood Group is currently looking for a Process Technician to join our family-owned operation!
- Two weeks (10 days) of paid vacation after 3 months of service and refreshes every anniversary
- Five Paid Personal Days per calendar year (prorated in first year)

JOB SUMMARY
- Adhere to safety and MIOSHA regulations
- Required to follow a schedule to Identify what tooling needs are required and located for applicable divisions
- Inspect all tooling for safety, damage, and debris before assembling and report abnormalities accordingly
- Build each required job in accordance with the machine's Master Tooling
- Follow established safety and company processes for changeovers on Thermoformers and Stamping Presses
- Communicate changeover completions to the Process Tech in a timely and effective manner
- Safely and efficiently break down and then store tooling packages upon changeover completions
- Breaking down tooling packages and storage upon changeover completions
- Properly complete required paperwork regarding tool assembly, changeover, breakdown/storage
- Accurately complete logbook for all Stamping Die Sets
- Accurately and efficiently complete Roll Changes in accordance with established Thermoformer procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe environment of the established work area(s)
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- HS Diploma/GED
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize needs to maximize production efficiency
- Prior experience using various tools (wrenches, ratchets, tape measures, etc.)
- Ability to work in hot and or small environments while effectively completing technical tasks
- Must pass TOG Hilo certification and maintain a safe driving record
- Must pass Lock Out Tag Out certification and maintain a safe work record
- Must pass Crain certification and maintain a safe work record
- Must be able to work overtime and be assigned to any shift as the production needs arise
