The Norwalk Inn is Hiring a Front Office Associate Near Norwalk, CT

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing sales annd administrative support and ensuring the smooth check in and check out for our guests. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Promote offerings of the hotel, book reservations and coordinate check-in/check-out
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as required

Skills:
- Front desk experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel industry is an asset
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
