Advanced Specialty Care is Hiring a Medical Front Office Supervisor Near Norwalk, CT
As Front Office Supervisor, you will assist in the management of daily Front Office operations. You are responsible for ensuring patient needs are met and meeting the financial objectives of the practice. Management and Leadership skills are essential to the success of this position.
In this role, you will be working alongside the front desk team assisting staff with all reception duties:

- Supervise the efficient operations of reception including check-in/out procedures
- Oversees scheduling patients and improves access for patients to the practice.
- Assists in the development, administration, and support of organizational policies and procedures.
- Participates in the recruiting process, orienting, and training employees.
- Ensure speedy resolution to any problems that may arise
- Strong interpersonal, high-level customer service and supervisory skills are required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, medical office environment with frequent interruptions
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive medical information and foster an ethical work environment.
- Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively with staff.
- Ability to carry out supervisory responsibilities following the organization's policies.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Use of computers and Electronic Health Records scheduling
- Minimum of one year prior management/supervisory experience or three years front desk experience in a medical or dental office.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include early morning and late evening shifts
SCHEDULE:
- Monday through Friday
- Variable hours
