Atlanta Pain & Spine Centers has an opening for an Account Rep. Our referral sources and patients love working and being treated by our team! We have over 80% repeat/referral customer base and are seeking additional sales support for our growing business. Atlanta Pain & Spine Centers is a locally owned and operated, well established Medical Pain Management Practice serving Personal Injury patients across Georgia with excellent customer care and patient treatments from a fantastic medical team.
About Atlanta Pain & Spine Centers
We are a locally operated medical practice specializing in Personal Injury with over 24 locations across Georgia and growing. We offer medical treatments ranging from epidural spinal injections, medial branch blocks to spinal stimulators. We are licensed and insured and our referral sources and patients trust us with all of their pain management needs, we are their one stop shop!
About the position
Our account rep associates are the first face our referral sources see, so it all starts with you and how you present the company with excellent customer service skills. Because we build trust, our referral sources (attorneys and chiropractors) allow us to treat and take care of their clients / patients. Atlanta Pain & Spine Centers will provide the referral sources to market to and already have relationships with most of them. We have our office staff and marketing team backing you and your success the entire way to allow you to really maximize the income potential.

Strong telephone and written communication skills
Dedication to excellent customer service
Outgoing personality; enjoys working with people
Manage time and responsibilities - scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.
Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills - especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, PowerPoint
Experience working in a Customer Service Role or Telemarketing Role preferred
Required -
Must have a smartphone and tablet
Valid driver's license and vehicle
Pass a criminal background check for violent crimes
