HOURS: Flexible hours, 20-25 hours per week

Our Human Resources team keeps our staff happy and well-informed, and we are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to keep our team organized, compliant, and engaged at work.

ABOUT THE JOB:

• Maintain employee records physically and digitally
• Complete OSHA, Workers' Compensation, and unemployment claims
• Organize employee training sessions with external vendors
• Create and conduct employee surveys
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Conduct background checks and employee verifications

ABOUT YOU:

• Experience working in Human Resources; hospitality experience a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with care
• Eager to engage with employees and make positive change in the workplace
• Willingness to further education and seek out opportunities to learn about new and changing practices
• Proven success working on a team
