TITLE: Event Setup/Facilities Specialist

ABOUT US: At The Nonantum Resort, we strive to provide memorable, high-quality experiences to our guests while maintaining a friendly and respectful work environment. The Facilities Specialist is responsible for keeping our property clean and in good repair while also assisting our Events team in setting up and breaking down their rooms for the many functions hosted onsite.

ABOUT THE JOB:

• Clean and prepare banquet rooms for events, including setting up tables and chairs according to diagrams
• Ensure cleanliness of public spaces resort-wide
• Perform light maintenance duties such as painting and making small repairs
• Store unused tables, chairs, and equipment properly and with care
• Clean tables, chairs, and equipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and quality of seat cushions

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven ability to work as a team member
• Able to adhere to printed diagram
• Success with handling multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Confident asking for help when necessary
• Punctual and reliable
• Able to stand and move around for the length of a shift
• Capable of lifting and carrying at least 50 pounds
