About The Position
At The New Wheel our Sales Support Specialists are key to keeping the retail floor operating smoothly. Your job is to support the Bike Sales Process, sell and recommend accessories, service check-ins, retail area upkeep, inventory upkeep, cash wrap, and celebrate our customers' journeys from being e-bike curious to proud owners of an electric bike purchased at The New Wheel.
