We are seeking a Design Producer on a contract basis to help optimize and operationalize a new era for our Customer's Messaging Application product sticker marketing program through the management of creating illustration assets, fluency in production specs, building marketing campaigns, and managing key partnership relations. The role is 100% remote to these locations: New York, NY, Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, and San Diego, CA .
What You’ll Do:
Work with and set project schedules and manage calendars for highly specialized creative workers, including both internal creative teams, celebrity/IP talent and/or external partners
Work with design and illustration agencies and production houses to bring creative concepts and assets to life
Evaluate artists, illustrators and vendors with a keen eye for quality and brand synergy
Create Request for Proposal (RFP), pitches, status sheets, budgets, project schedules and distribution plans
Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parameters
Manage and expand external vendor relationships (illustrators, photographers, design firms, production companies, etc.)
Must-Haves:
8-10 years of experience as a Producer at a design agency or in-house art production team
Experience in running projects with multiple stakeholders, across internal, talent, and agencies
Experience in working with Product Marketing and Brand Marketing
Experience in managing multiple projects work streams at once
Experience in building working relationships with core and cross-functional teams
Experience with task prioritization, and identifying problems and work towards solutions
Experience with running status meetings, operations and optimizing workflows
Experience in managing external creative teams and production partners
Experience in digital productions
Organizational task and budget management experience
Proven industry experience working for a creative agency, and/or deep understanding of how agencies work
Education:
Bachelor's degree required
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.
