The Mom Project is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Beaverton, OR

Our Customer’s mission is to create groundbreaking sport innovations, by making their products more sustainable, building a creative and diverse global team, and making a positive impact in communities where we live and work. Their purpose is to bring inspiration and innovation to unite the world through sport to create a healthy planet, active communities, and an equal playing field for all.
We are seeking a Financial Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is onsite in Beaverton, OR.What You'll Do
  • Discount/Dating management in SAP
  • Understand discount execution in SAP and think creatively on how to execute complex requests
  • Audit compliance- gather and retain approvals and perform audit reviews
  • Manage an inbox helping to address requests and issues in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively in a timely manner to varying levels of partners up to senior leadership
  • Cross functional: lucky to work with a lot of different functions (Finance, Sales, CFS, Partner GTM)
  • New ERP testing and problem solving
Must-haves:
  • Team Player (ability to work with various functions)
  • Detail Oriented (need to be accurate down to the penny, audit activities)
  • Proactive, Positive attitude, eager to learn, ethical (do the right thing)
  • Problem Solver (will need to figure out discount anomalies with vague parameters, understand the "why")
  • Effective communicator (will interact with various levels of business partners, including Senior Leadership),
  • Systems knowledge: SAP, Excel; MMX, JBA; Info retriever/Cognos (bookings)
  • Ability to pick systems up quickly
  • Good communication skills
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience in relatable roles: Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Sales Operations, audit/control execution, cross-functional experience
