Responsibilities
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
- Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
- Provide financial modeling expertise across a variety of scenarios to support strategic decision-making in investments
- Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
- Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
- 2 years relevant commercial real estate financial analysis / valuation experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must
- Advanced proficiency in cash flow modeling in real estate a must.
