The Misch Group is Hiring a Commercial Landscape Construction Project Manager Near Arlington, TX

Currently, we are seeking to expand our team with a professional who shares our values of hard work, enjoyment, and dedication to quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee commercial landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Work closely with foremen and various departments to coordinate project activities, including supply ordering and scheduling.

  • Maintain an active book of business, with projects starting within 3-6 months, and manage monthly maintenance accounts effectively.

  • Promote open lines of communication within the team, with clients, and with vendors, ensuring a collaborative project environment.

  • Support the company's growth initiatives, particularly in expanding into the North Dallas area.

Key Qualifications:

  • Character and prior experience will be highly valued.

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field, or a PMI with a Landscape background, preferred.

  • 3-10 years of relevant experience in landscape construction management or a closely related field.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of landscape architecture is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience.

  • Full benefits package included.

  • This position is primarily in-office, with an 80/20 split between office and remote work to accommodate project and customer meetings.
