The Medical Team is Hiring a Home Health Aide (4:30p-8:30p) and (10a-2p) Near Carleton, MI

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Complete medical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
- Provide specialized care such as hospice care, catheter care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities as required

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Familiarity with medical documentation systems and procedures
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols
- Ability to provide care for clients with various needs and conditions
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program (if required by state regulations)
- CPR certification (if required by state regulations)
