We are seeking a Engagement Coordinator to assist with coordination of a variety of meaningful resident programs and events at our new Luxury Senior Living Community in Tysons, Virginia. This person facilitates the development and delivery of all published communication for the community. Facilitates a “Nextraordinary” engagement experience for residents.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develops, prints, and delivers calendars, signage, and other paper/digital/in-person communications across continuum as assigned. 
• Supports effective community communication through supporting resident led-committees and colleagues as assigned.
• Develops new program ideas, preps upcoming programming experiences, and encourages active program participation
• Assists team with the development and delivery of outings/external events, external partnerships, and relationships with independent contractors.
• Facilitates successful utilization of technologies
• Participates in resident committees and meetings as assigned.
• Responsible for participating in outcomes measurement processes: Gathers information about resident interests upon move-in and as part of transitions processes.
• Accountable for coordinating volunteers to assist with programming as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Required:

• 1 years of experience working with older adults
• Experience in leading programs or classes
• Experience with customer service, ability to multi-task.
• Ability to use or learn a variety of tech-based services. and platforms; i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, YouTube, resident facing portals, and A/V set-ups.
• Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays
