Serving our customers and employees is our primary focus. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, training and optimizing processes to both grow customers and improve cleaning efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations and prepare teams each morning for their day.
- Develop and implement strategies to reward/motivate and train teams .

- Monitor performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, hire, and develop staff to ensure a high level of performance and job satisfaction.

- Respond to a variety of customer requests via phone, email and text.

- Publicly reward employees' excellent work and promote positive culture.
- Collaborate with owner to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

- Conversational Spanish to lead or listen to staff and bridge communication to the office or to customers.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Great interpersonal abilities with both employees and customers.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft, Scheduling software and multitasking.
- Follow and teach processes to make day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to figure things out independently but know when to ask for help.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
