*3 to 4 Person Maid Teams

Team Leader Requirements:

* Supervisor Experience is preferred- Do you ENJOY being part of and motivating a team

* Be Reliable and have a Positive Attitude

* Good leadership skills to direct team members and to uphold policies and our 22 step Healthy Touch cleaning system.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

* Inspect homes at the end of clean to ensure top quality

* Help team members develop their skills to produce top quality

* Contribute to high team morale

* Communicate with customers to maintain good customer relationships
