What You Will Do

Lead the charge for effective leasing and customer engagement in property management for the best properties in town!

• Communicate the features and benefits of the property while building rapport and providing great leasing services
• Explain and assist with the completion of applications and leasing agreements
• Assist with light cleaning of move outs and the occasional sparkling of units
• Golf cart operations may be necessary for onsite property tours
• Frequently sitting, standing and walking.
• Occasionally lifting up to 15 lbs

What You Will Need

• Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Attention to detail and a knack for explaining the features available on property
• A warm and engaging personality that is inviting and friendly to others
• The ability to multi-task and to follow-up with potential renters, vendors and residents
• Professional attitude and positive demeanor that enhances teamwork
• Exceptional communications both over the phone and in-person
