What You Will DoLead the charge for excellence in property management to maintain some of the best properties in town!

• Professional greet and assist individuals in person, on the phone and using email and/or other communication tools
• Answer and transfer calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Provide a captivating client experience to prospective and current residents
• Keep accurate records of all arrangements made for customers
• Post all outgoing mail
• Maintain community spaces and reception area clean and organized

What You Will Need

• High School Diploma required. Some secondary education preferred in administrative services, business, real estate, management or related field. One plus years of successful related experience required.
• Must be skilled in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• General office experience required including knowledge of working copiers, scanners, telephones with voicemail and working in an office setting.
• Have a warm, friendly and outgoing personality that can relate to people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills that, when demonstrated, reflects highly on our company and property.
• Experience with multi-line phones required.
