Due to our continued growth, we are seeking experienced, detail-oriented, motivated, and organized Office Engineers. This position will support major public agency projects in the Metropolitan area.
Responsibilities

• Monitor and track project schedule and budget
• Interface with municipal client and contractors
• Coordinate and track all project plans and drawings
• Assist Project Manager with change orders, RFI's, submittals and response letters to the contractors
• Prepare and maintain project records including weekly and monthly project status reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required
• 5 years of construction management experience
• Public agency experience a big
• Experience developing processes to capture data and develop reports
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications are essential
• Knowledge of Site-Manager a big plus
• The ability to multi-task and handle numerous concurrent requests in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work as a team player across all firm departments
• Strong interpersonal skills are a must
