JOB SUMMARY: The Lineup Supervisor is responsible for the operation of all food offerings and service levels at the Lookout, Wave deck and at Foam coffee and bar under the guidance of our Director of Food and Beverage.

- As a key member of the Lineup Food and Beverage leadership team, the Lineup Supervisor will work with the Director of Food & Beverage
- Responsible for leading, hiring, and motivating Front of the House team
- Directly supervise Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Baristas & front of the house staff
- Focus on speed of production and consistency of menu items delivered to guests
- Ensures daily checklists are completed for AM & PM job responsibilities, and standard operating procedures.
- Complete knowledge of menu items along with training staff on menu items and service procedures.
- Fine tune all systems as required utilizing our Mobaro tool for support.
- Mentoring of the service team and leading by example. Staff recognition and motivation
- Maintains cleanliness and proper sanitation of food and beverage areas.
- Works closely with management to ensure that all areas of food and beverage are maximizing revenues and guest satisfaction. Routinely touches tables on the service floor to ensure guest satisfaction
- Constant focus on creating memorable guest experiences every day in our competitive business environment.
- Handles and responds to guest's complaints during shifts.
- Handles Cash Banks and Cash balancing procedures for staff
- Maintains complete and current Safety Data Sheets logbook and safety binder
- Completes all required trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
