JOB SUMMARY: A Steward is responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all Food and Beverage areas, to include Dish Rooms, Main Kitchen, Bake Shop, Food and Beverage Cold and Dry Storage, Poolside Pantries, and Catering Food Service Areas. A Steward is responsible for the overall cleanliness and remedying of any safety hazards of all Food and Beverage Areas. They must ensure all Food and Beverage Trash is recycled and disposed of properly.
