Job DescriptionA small fast-paced Woodland Hills law firm is seeking a full-time on-site litigation secretary or Paralegal with at least 3-5 years with federal civil procedure experience. Prior experience must include preparing/formatting/typing pleadings (complaints, discovery, motions, and notices) and correspondence. Must be proficient in e-filing in federal court, and knowledgeable in federal court rules and procedures. Must be a self starter who can work independently and is highly motivated, organized, detail oriented, and able to muti-task. Benefits offered including an employer-paid PPO health insurance plan and 401K plan with company match.
