We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of family law and the ability to work independently and efficiently. The Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting research, and providing administrative support to the attorneys in the firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail, and a passion for helping families navigate the legal system.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
- Conduct research on legal issues and analyze findings.
- Organize and maintain case files.
- Interview clients to obtain information for legal documents.
- Assist attorneys in court proceedings and trials.
- Maintain contact with clients to update them on the progress of their cases.
- Prepare legal documents for filing with the court.
