Key Specific Duties:

Handle intake and screening of new cases

Complete research and perform screening of cases

Maintain task lists and procedures

Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Advertised Breakdown of Time:

Screening new cases: 60%

Conducting case research: 30%

Ongoing Training: 10%

** This position is remotely until our office renovation is complete. We're all about flexibility and making sure everyone feels comfortable, so for now, you'll have the freedom to work from home. Once our snazzy new office is ready, we'll be transitioning back to in-person work. But don't worry, we'll give you plenty of notice and support to make the switch.**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
