Billing clerk will be responsible for: invoice processing; working with paralegals and attorneys to ensure time and expenses are properly captured and recorded; ensuring bills and invoices are timely sent for payment; reviewing and addressing discrepancies with fees and expenses; assisting and answering client's questions with regards to billing and invoicing; follow-up on past due bills and invoices; ensuring compliance with client guidelines; maintaining billing transactions within accounting software.
