CSRs are responsible for helping make celebrations extra special by helping our guests decide what flavor cake, size and decorations best suit their celebrations and budgets.
All of our decorations are handcrafted by our CSRs. Attention to detail is key in everything a GSR does.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is comfortable taking orders in person and over the phone. We need someone who is comfortable handling cash and making change.
Here at Nothing Bundt Cake we function as a team. We are looking for other team players, who thrive in this type of environment.
We have some of the best guests, who truly enjoy our cake and our bakery.

Work Availability:
Flexible hours (Great for mothers with kids in school)
Bakery is open: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday from 10am-6pm
Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• While no formal education or work experience is required, previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus.

This position is for 2 days a week. Approximately 10 hours a week. Need to be available 1:30 - 6:15.
