Our company is one of the fastest growing, entrepreneurial education companies, and we are seeking a rockstar full-time Client Services Coordinator to help our CEO and founder with our West Hollywood, CA office. This is a hybrid, work from home and in the office, position.
This person will coordinate the Client experience and you will be the face of this company to our families.
The ideal candidate will be able to balance priorities and manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks with little supervision and without getting ruffled as we are a fast-paced company. If you are passionate about operational duties and take pride in helping clients, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:
Walk clients through the enrollment & admissions process
Manage Phone Reception
Find new resources and avenues to increase student enrollment
Monitor multiple email inboxes
Manage enrollment of new clients
Review services with existing clients
Manage scheduling with our existing clientele
Interface with education team to determine best options for clientele
Assign coaches to families
Project manage the placement of all new academic and executive functioning coaches, continuing to maintain relationships with clients
Meet with other educators at schools to increase enrollment opportunities
Support CEO/Founder with administrative duties, office management, and correspondence
Resolve any client questions
Support CEO in Data Entry regarding clients / students
Qualifications:
Sales/working with clients on the phone is a must
Enrollment, admissions, executive assistant experience is a plus
BA/BS degree required
A people person
Problem solver
Experience in educational or childcare setting a plus
Strong social emotional skills: compassionate and an excellent listener
Able to respond to various personality types, can calm clients' nerves
Ability to shine in both interpersonal interactions as well as administrative tasks
A near-obsession with details
