Job Description:
The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC is seeking a candidate to fill the role of Data Scientist in support of Department of State (DOS)/Diplomatic Security contract. This contract provides support to DOS with Business Process Improvement, Organizational Change Management, Policy Support, Program and Communication Management, and Special Projects.
Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Extract large sets of structured and unstructured data.
- Analyze large amounts of data to find patterns and solutions.
- Conduct data mining from multiple data sources.
- Process, clean, and validate the integrity of data to be used for analysis.
- Collaborate with business and technical experts to identify analytics opportunities and define requirements.
- Document requirements, designs and detailed technical specifications, training materials, operating instructions, and test plans to support development of predictive analytics solutions using RPA tools.
Qualifications:
- Education Bachelor's Degree in engineering, analytics/data science, mathematics, or business field preferred
- Clearance Secret Clearance (currently possess or be eligible for Secret security clearance)
- Experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in analyzing datasets and developing analytics is required
- Preference for specialized experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Soft Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
