The Kahlon Network is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney with five (5) plus years of experience and an interest in joining the very busy Securities Litigation practice of a national firm’s Dallas office, recognized for its excellent work and client service. This is a great opportunity for a litigator interested in litigation matters as they relate to securities matters. The firm offers an opportunity to work with a diverse client base and to collaborate across the firm’s offices. The attorney will work on complex matters, including commercial, banking, RIA and SEC/FINRA matters. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has an exceptional work ethic, is eager to advance their career, and has experience working on all aspects of litigation, including: drafting pleadings; managing discovery; and preparing depositions, as well as rendering opinions on compliance and regulatory matters.

Interested candidates must have a JD, prior law firm experience, strong academic credentials, relevant work experience and either a license to practice in Texas or the ability to become licensed in Texas.
