Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee our successful team and operations in multiple locations. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the performance of our clinics within your assigned district. Your primary goal will be to develop and coach your teams, ensure operational excellence, and achieve sales targets.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee the operations of multiple locations within the district
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including labor costs, sales reports, and budgets
- Work with clinic teams daily to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Train and develop team members in areas such as sales techniques, customer service, and procedures
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role in a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
