You will effectively train, coach and mentor reps on delivering sales training, brand awareness, product knowledge, sales techniques, and assist with any issues. As a District Manager, You Will: Oversee management of multiple locations in big box stores. Manage a team of Market Managers Motivate a team of Sales Associates (Energy Pro’s) to engage with consumers about Reliant Electricity. Demonstrate how to become an Energy Pro. Assess client needs and find opportunities to improve energy efficiency. Teach your Energy Pro’s to uncover consumer desires, deliver catered solutions, and overcome objections. Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees. Collaborate with your team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success.
