Our Guest Experience Experts will be responsible for daily front office duties, checking in and out guests, overseeing reservations and being the overall point of contact for hotel visitors in a 47 room luxury property.

Guest Experience Associates must have excellent people skills, willingness to learn, quick reasoning, adaptability and problem solving skills.

The primary responsibilities of the Guest Experience Experts include:

• Selling guest rooms and processing room reservations.
• Checking guests in and out.
• Providing local area information, events, and attractions to guests, as well as information and the property and property facilities**
• Processing guest accounts, including postings charges and payments, and settling folios.
• Receiving and distributing guest mail, messages, emails, and faxes.
• Handling guest requests and complaints.
• Following all security procedures to ensure the safety of all guests, employees, and property.
• Generating and review reports, taking necessary action as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

• 2 or more years front-office experience
• Flexible hours, ability to work nights, weekends & Holidays
• Excellent people skills and professional demeanor
• Proficient computer skills, experience with PMS software a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
