Job Title: Front Office Administrator
The Medical receptionist's primary responsibility is to professionally manage the patient process through the administration of the front office. The ideal candidate would be someone with a high level of organizational skills, experience in a mental health setting, able to multitask, is detail oriented, and has great communication skills.
Compensation: $15.25-17.85 per hour, based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent is required.
· Three (3) years previous medical or general office experience
· Five (5) years’ previous customer service experience
· Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards -Certification a plus
· Must be well organized and able to multitask efficiently.
· Must be flexible and adaptable.
· Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English.
· Must be proficient in MS Office and have effective computer skills.
· Must be proficient in online platforms for EMR and website and social media platforms.
· Must have the ability to sit at a desk for 70%-90% of the workday in a general office environment.
