The Indiana Institute for Behavior Analysis is Hiring an Assistant Clinical Director Near Evansville, IN

The Indiana Institute for Behavior Analysis is seeking a BCBA who has been credentialed for 3 years and has a minimum of 5 years experience in ABA to fulfill the role of Assistant Clinical Director in our Evansville, Indiana location. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, and training abilities. This position will be responsible for: 
  • Managing a small caseload of clients with the support of supervision students 
  • Providing supervision to practicum students with the support of the Chief Clinical Officer 
  • Supervising and supporting Program Manager(s) within the center through weekly clinical meetings. 
  • Reviewing insurance authorization packets 
  • Collaborating with the floor trainer and classroom trainer to assess the training needs of technicians within the center
  • Providing oversight of clinical programming within the center 
  • Analyzing and responding to data related to clinical operations 
  • Working closely with our Site Manager to ensure parent involvement and satisfaction 
  • Assisting with building community partnerships 
Our Assistant Clinical Director will enjoy:
