We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our upper school football team as the Head Coach. As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for developing the skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship of our young athletes, while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. Your role will involve planning and executing practices, organizing games and tournaments, and providing mentorship both on and off the field. We are looking for someone who can inspire our players to reach their full potential and instill in them a love for the game of football. Essential Duties:

1. Evaluate player skills and assign positions accordingly.

2. Develop and implement a structured practice schedule for individual and team growth.

3. Coordinate with athletics director for practice and game facility scheduling.

4. Delegate tasks to assistant coach when needed.

5. Provide coaching and instruction on rules, techniques, and equipment.

6. Assess player performance during practices and games for improvement opportunities.

7. Develop game strategies based on team strengths.

8. Maintain discipline and supervision of athletes while upholding behavioral standards.

9. Monitor academic performance to ensure eligibility.

10. Manage athlete injuries according to established protocols.

11. Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student-athlete performance.

Other Duties:

1. Attend professional development activities to enhance coaching skills.

2. Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by school administration.
