Reports directly to the Director of Finance. The Grants Administrator is responsible for the

preparation of contract specifications, reports, maintaining files and correspondence for various areas of the Capital Funds Program and/or other HUD grants. This position requires a high degree of responsibility, dependability, accuracy, integrity, and an ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Direct responsibility for Capital Funds Program administration including contract files, reports, correspondence, payroll certifications and project closeout. Responsible for setting up Five-Year Plan and Annual Statement on EPIC, HUD budget revisions, grant reporting and closeout at EPIC website. Responsible for setting up, monitoring and balancing Capital Funds Budget in
