Marriott Night Audit Responsibilities

• Reconcile Payments Against Receipts
• Register and assign guests to hotel rooms.
• Establish method of payment and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Transmit and receive messages, using telephones or PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.

• Must Know Marriott PMS 
• Must Have Hotel Front Desk Agent Experience
• Must Be Able To Travel 8 to 12 Weeks At A Time
• All Travel Paid By The Company In Advance
• We Work In Our Hotels Across The Country
