Pay is $80,000 Annualized. This is a 100% Travel Task Force Position.

We Pay For All Travel and Lodging and 2 meals per day. 12 Weeks in Wisconsin.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of banquets in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Oversee all aspects of Banquets personnel, including payroll management, gratuity distributions and training and development.
• Maintain inventory and supplies as necessary to support catering business.
• Assist Catering Managers in the pre-planning details of events, creating diagrams, requisition equipment and communicating with the culinary team.
• Manage open lines of communication between management, departments and team members regarding any banquet concerns on an event.
• Ensure sanitation procedures and organization of work areas adhere to all health code regulations and standards.
• Attend internal and external industry meetings as required.
• Provide support to other departments and staff as requested or required

• 3 Years Banquet Management in large hotel or casino
