Position Purpose:
This position ensures that responsibilities associated with Payroll Accounting and other Payroll/Tax business initiatives are fully supported with the appropriate process, tools, and metrics. The analyst accomplishes this by using rigorous process and data analysis, adherence to formal project management and project methodology, and working with business and banking partners. The HRS Business Analyst is also responsible for preserving confidentiality of sensitive associate and business data.
